Not too long ago, I was a new mom struggling with postpartum depression, feeling like a stranger living in my own body too.

So I set off on a mission to learn everything there was about fitness and nutrition after PPD in hope of discovering how to lose weight after PPD.

No! In fact, you won't even get one. This program is designed to teach you how to eat the foods you love, move mindfully without having to spend hours at a gym, and still lose weight.


DO I HAVE TO HAVE A GYM MEMBERSHIP OR DO I HAVE TO WORKOUT AT HOME?
